If the trees along the Yadkin River basin could talk, and some say they can, they would whisper tales of moonshine, stills and late night meetings. Now they will have a new story to tell. Located in western North Carolina between Boone and Wilkesboro in the foothills of both the Blue Ridge Mountains and Brushy Mountains, Rendezvous Ridge Vineyard is writing a new page in history.

The late Benny Parsons returned to his roots in Parsonsville, high on Rendezvous Mountain in Wilkes County, North Carolina, to offer a wonderful option in Yadkin Valley wine.

Nestled in the Yadkin Valley Region of North Carolina, family-owned Raffaldini Vineyards brings Old World charm to the Old North State. The Raffaldini family chose the Yadkin Valley of North Carolina because the area closely resembles the winemaking region of Tuscany with rolling hills, rocky soil, gentle breezes and constant sun.

Known as “Chianti in the Carolinas” Raffaldini currently produces five single varietal wines and four blends: Vermentino, Pinot Grigio, Sangiovese, Sangiovese Riserva and Montepulciano.
